Refund and Cancellations Policy
At Astro Lovish, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for our users. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to the Astro Lovish app subscription service.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
One subscription works on one device only.
1. Recurring Payments via Autopay
If you have enabled a recurring payment through Autopay, you can manage or cancel it directly from your Autopay settings or through the app. Cancelling Autopay ensures that the payment will not be charged automatically in the next billing cycle. Autopay subscriptions remain active until manually cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges, but no refunds are provided for trial fees, monthly plans, late cancellations, or partial usage. Deleting the account does not cancel autopay.
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled from the Astro Lovish app, the App Store / Play Store, or your UPI app autopay settings. Users can view plan status and validity directly in the app. Activation is usually instant, and failed payments are automatically refunded.
2. One-Time Purchase (No Auto-Pay)
If you purchased a one-time subscription without auto-renewal, it will remain active until the expiry date of the subscription. These subscriptions will automatically expire at the end of the period. No cancellation is required, as they do not renew automatically.
3. Trials in the Astro Lovish App
If you start a trial, you must cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription. If the trial is not cancelled on time, it will be converted into a recurring subscription. You can cancel the recurring subscription anytime via the Astro Lovish app or through the payment app to prevent further renewals.
Refund Policy
All purchases of the Astro Lovish Pro subscription are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including (but not limited to):
- Technical issues.
- Change of mind after purchase.
If any technical issues are experienced by the user, the subscription period will be extended for the number of days it takes to resolve the issue. Refunds are not provided once a Pro plan is purchased.
Exceptions: If you believe there was an error with your subscription or a billing discrepancy, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the matter and work to resolve it promptly. In cases where technical issues on our side affect your subscription, we will extend your subscription duration accordingly.
Changes to the Policy: Astro Lovish reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review this policy regularly to stay informed of any changes.
